The “Clean Lists” project aims at evaluating the work of the individuals from the existing political parties that have participated in the work of the government in the executive or legislative positions over a course of years. The web platform cisteliste.ba keeps a visualization of the persons records and connects party lists for elections with these records to improve voters knowledge about the parties and their candidates.
We have also created a large civil society coalition that would objectively rate parties and their candidates on the elections based on the merit of their previous work and try to present to the public the level to which the parties are willing to transform themselves in order to change the ways they do politics. Finally, it would try to engage parties in both developing their candidacy lists for elections and then changing them in order not to put candidates that have objectively a bad track record in their previous work within the government.
